My work

my practice stems from a quest for belonging and to heal from societal and childhood wounds. i use expression as analysis and as an act of physical catharsis; uncovering solutions and gaining deeper understanding along the way.

my use of copper as a recurring motif is a nod to its properties of conductivity, connection and protection as i journey.

embracing an expanded practice allows me to engage more broadly with concept, materiality and form. it serves to uncover my authentic voice - helping me better understand its place, purpose and value in the world around me.
